The Role
As the Technical Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing the compliance of technical services contracts, including engineering, building, and environmental services.
- Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, with a focus on health and safety, legislation, and industry standards.
- Implementing and maintaining effective compliance monitoring systems to identify and mitigate risks.
- Leading a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful contract delivery.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess compliance needs and provide expert advice.
- Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management and relevant committees.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Extensive experience in contract management and technical compliance within a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of engineering and building services, with an understanding of relevant legislation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and value for money.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external providers.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
