We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a six store operation, expanding across London.
Role: FOH Supervisor
- 40 – 45 hours per week
- Work under our restaurant managers
- Lead one service a day
- Help manage our team members
- Implement and improve service processes
- Monitor and implement hygiene best practices
- Help maintain our 5* hygiene rating

Experience Requirements | 1 Year
- Ideally, you will have 1 year’s experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment within the hospitality industry
Compensation: £14 per hour
