Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
- General office administration and data entry
- Supporting management and operational teams with documentation
- Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Ensuring files and systems are kept up to date
Requirements
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email systems)
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
