Job Description:

This is a role for people who enjoy leading from the front, take responsibility seriously and are motivated to support both their teams and the communities they serve. As a Supervisor for our Civil Enforcement Officer teams you’ll play a key role in ensuring effective parking enforcement operations across London while helping to create safer, accessible and well‑managed streets.

Every day is varied, active and people‑focused – combining supervision, decision‑making and frontline operational work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead support and motivate a team of Civil Enforcement Officers
  • Deliver daily briefings and provide ongoing guidance and coaching
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues from colleagues and members of the public
  • Monitor performance and track key operational KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards
  • Maintain a visible supervisory presence across patrol areas in London
  • Carry out Civil Enforcement Officer duties when required – issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and advising the public on parking regulations

What Makes a Great Supervisor

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Confident communicator with a calm professional approach
  • Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Self‑motivated and able to work on your own initiative

Working Hours

  • 42.5 hours per week
  • 5 days on, 2 days off
  • Shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm
