Role responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze distributor, specialty pharmacy, and 3PL data to identify and resolve issues such as inventory gaps or lost sales
- Proactively manage order flow and partner with wholesalers and channel partners to ensure timely product delivery
- Investigate and triage pharmacy stocking or supply chain challenges, driving solutions end-to-end
- Translate data into insights—spot trends, anticipate risks, and recommend actions to improve performance
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients, providing updates and building strong relationships
- Track and report on key performance metrics and KPIs across the supply chain
- Contribute to process improvements, helping optimize workflows, automation, and efficiency across the team
Skills & Expertise
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or data analysis (pharma experience a plus, not required)
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive solutions
- Comfortable working with data and using tools like Excel to interpret and communicate insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with internal teams and external clients
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Experience working with ERP systems or business intelligence tools is a plus
