As aTransformation Programme Manager, you’ll take a leading role within our Mission Systems business, driving complex business change across a highly regulated, engineering‑led environment. This is a high‑profile opportunity to shape how our organisation operates as we deliver a major SAP migration programme, forming part of a wider, enterprise‑level transformation.
You’ll lead teams through periods of change, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and ensuring delivery against cost, time and quality commitments. Your work will directly support operational effectiveness, business growth and long‑term sustainability while developing your own leadership capability, strategic insight and programme delivery expertise at scale.
Day-to-day you’ll be:
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days onsite and days working from home.
Proven experience delivering complex transformation or change programmes in regulated or engineering‑led environmentsStrong background in IT, technical or business change, including ERP deployment experience
Demonstrated expertise in waterfall project delivery, with Agile experience advantageous
Confident senior stakeholder engagement and influence at programme level
Experience leading teams directly and within a matrix structure
Recognised project or programme management qualification such as APM PMQ, Agile Practitioner or equivalent
Chartered Project Manager status or similar professional accreditation is advantageous
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
