Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, based in Bishops Cleeve, has an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis due to business growth.
The successful Administrator should have:
- Experience using systems.
- Background in a fast-paced business support or administrative role.
- Strong relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
In this role, the Administrator will be responsible for:
- Acting as the main point of contact for contract queries and issues across service lines.
- Reviewing and maintaining contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and correct costing.
- Updating and managing contract records within the ERP system.
- Coordinating contract changes, collections, and extensions with customers and internal teams.
- Supporting operations, transport planning, and wider business functions with contract-related tasks.
