At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role is to support our customers across all channels, including in‑person, phone and online. The position is based in Olney, Buckinghamshire and is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract – full‑time (28‑35 h/week, Monday‑Saturday) or part‑time (28‑35 h/week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 5 in 9 Saturdays). The role involves processing transactions at the till, handling inbound calls, supporting product applications through digital sales, and providing first‑class service.
