We are looking for an experienced Proposals Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role can be based at any of our offices throughout the UK (Glasgow, Livingston, Almondvale, Leeds, Warrington, Whitstable, Huntingdon, Bristol, London) and offers a flexible hybrid working model.

Reporting to the Proposals Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the production of high‑quality business proposal documentation.

Responsibilities

About You

You will have a sound knowledge of the construction industry, with a good understanding of PQQ and tender processes. You will be confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office, with strong written (literary) skills to support high‑quality bid and presentation material. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, along with website skills, will be advantageous. You will be well organised, able to plan and prioritise effectively, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and develop. An outgoing approach, strong team ethos and essential experience of working within bid teams will enable you to contribute positively and effectively to the role.
