Responsibilities
- Managing software implementation projects for products in the Health Information Systems business including clinical documentation via speech recognition and ambient solutions, manual and autocoding solutions.
- Coordination of resources and close collaboration with the project team, including application specialists, engineers, and support.
- Leading, monitoring, and documenting all phases of project implementations, considering predefined processes and tools.
- Developing and implementing project plans based on existing methods, blueprints, and best practices.
- Responsibility for all project communication with customers, the project team, and other stakeholders such as internal teams or management.
- Tracking project progress, status, risks, and decisions in the project management system and ensuring all elements are completed before project closure.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- A degree in business administration, health management/economics, medical informatics, or completed training in nursing or a related field with a strong affinity for health IT, or equivalent qualifications through experience.
Additional qualifications:
- Experience in project management work, particularly in software implementation in healthcare and change management projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and project management tools.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- PRINCE2 or PMP, or other project management qualifications.
- Experience dealing with customers, preferably with healthcare providers such as doctors, nurses, and medical coders and their management.
- Experience with workflows in electronic patient records, medical coding and/or familiarity with a specific hospital information system.
- High customer orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in French, Spanish or another language spoken in Europe.
Location
Remote.
Travel
Up to 30% domestic.
