Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Project Manager with strong ERP implementation experience to drive success across the customer lifecycle. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and relationship building. As a key liaison between Xpedeon and our clients, you will ensure smooth ERP implementations, upsell relevant products and services, and manage long-term account success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from planning through execution and post-go-live support.
• Work cross-functionally with technical teams and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Understand client business processes and align Xpedeon solutions to meet their evolving needs.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recognizing business challenges and growth areas.
• Support the full sales lifecycle including solution presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Act as a product evangelist and trusted advisor to clients; gather client feedback and translate it into actionable product insights.
• Collaborate with the product team to shape roadmap priorities based on market and client needs.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices for implementation and usage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, account management, or product owner roles.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across the full sales lifecycle, including upselling and contract renewals.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and processes, ideally within the construction, engineering, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
