Job Title: Corporate Operations Manager – Monday–Friday | London
Location: London, Near Major Transport Links – with Head Office in the City
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per year + performance‑related bonus (OTE up to £77,000)
Contract Type: Full‑time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: Primarily daytime hours in line with corporate operations, with flexibility required based on business needs
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus public holidays
This is an exciting opportunity to join Bennett Hay as a Corporate Operations Manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of workplace catering and hospitality services across London. The role covers cafés, hospitality services, fine dining, and corporate events within a Business & Industry (B&I) environment.
You will take full operational and financial responsibility for multiple client accounts, ensuring service excellence, innovation, and strong relationship management. This is a highly autonomous role where you will drive improvements, introduce new ideas, and elevate service standards across the portfolio.
You will also play a key role in business growth, supporting new contract wins and leading the successful mobilisation of new sites.
