Job Description
Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing fintechs as they go all-in on AI-native products. You will lead the development of customer-facing Wealth Agents and Support Agents for over 400,000 users. Reporting to the CPO, you will drive technical architecture, model evaluation, and product strategy to transform personal finance through generative AI.

What You Will Do
- Lead AI features from discovery to production, specifically focusing on autonomous Wealth Agents that deliver personalized financial guidance.
- Partner with engineering on technical decisions including prompting strategies, agent orchestration layers, and robust monitoring frameworks.
- Define and track rigorous success metrics for AI systems, including hallucination thresholds, accuracy, and compliance within a regulated environment.
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years in Product Management with a proven track record of shipping AI/ML‑powered features into live customer environments.
- Technical credibility in LLM fundamentals, RAG architecture, and building feedback flywheels to systematically improve model performance.
- A self‑starter who uses AI tools in their daily workflow and thrives in zero-to‑one environments with high accountability.
