Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Salary: Up to £60,000
A small but forward-thinking construction consultancy based in South West London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.
Working in the High End Residential sector, they are well established and benefit from regular repeat business.
The role of the Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor will deliver on High End Residential projects in London and the Home Counties, including new builds and refurbishment projects of varying values. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion.
Key responsibilities include pre- and post-contract duties such as tenders, cost planning, feasibility studies and procurement advice, acting as the client's single point of contact, and leading High-End Residential Projects with partner-level support.
The requirements of the Quantity Surveyor
- RICS accredited degree
- Preferably MRICS (or aspiring to)
- Experience on High End Residential Projects
- Experience within a private practice/consultancy
- Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
