Job Summary

Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. Marston Holdings Limited is a parent company formed of eight entities that specialise in key areas of our overarching business. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer company vehicles within the fleet across the Group.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff queries and liaise with vehicle service providers.
  • Maintain the telematics tracking system and generate data/reports for line managers and analysts on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Build a good working relationship with the telematics company and conduct review meetings.
  • Accurately maintain the fleet management database, including vehicles, equipment, locations, cost centres, key contacts, supplier information, manufacturer terms and driver/user details.
  • Work with the Fleet managers to ensure legal responsibilities are complied with at all times.
  • Administer fuel and fuel cards, record and highlight fuel spend exceptions.
  • Monitor offences and fines.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft packages.
  • A team player comfortable working with remote line managers.
  • Previous general administration experience is essential.
  • Fleet experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to undertake on‑the‑job training.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s licence.

  • Salary: £24,784.50.
  • Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
