Location: Brighton/hybrid 6 days per month in the office
Support the people side of change, ensuring new ways of working, systems, processes and structures are introduced successfully. Work closely with delivery managers, business leads and other change professionals to shape and deliver practical change plans that support adoption and real benefits, help teams understand the impact of change and respond to concerns constructively.
Support the development of change frameworks, tools and communities of practice, helping to build change capability across the organisation.
