Senior Workplace Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Facilities Coordinator to act as the customer‑facing representative for our facilities services, bringing together multiple service lines into one seamless point of contact and enhancing the day‑to‑day workplace experience for building users.
Location: On-site – Doncaster
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Role Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all facilities‑related enquiries, logging and managing requests through the CAFM system to ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with building occupants and Floor Leads, holding regular meetings to communicate updates, issues and outstanding works.
- Maintain a visible presence across the workplace, proactively checking shared areas, desks and collaboration spaces to ensure they are clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Monitor service delivery standards across the allocated area, sharing best practice with colleagues to continuously improve performance.
- Play an active role during fire and emergency procedures in line with site requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a customer‑focused environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using CAFM systems, including logging jobs, producing reports and raising purchase orders.
- Strong IT skills, with competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A flexible, adaptable approach with good problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations positively.
- A formal Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH) is desirable.
