We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Nottingham Audi. As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer up to date at every stage, answer any questions or queries they may have, liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses, ensure vehicles are ready on time and give excellent advice on our products and services. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first; you will take the time to talk to people, build genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need. Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
We welcome applications from individuals who are willing to learn and progress; previous experience is not required. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by *(Brand)* to support your career. Ideally you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills and good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
