Customer Service Supply Chain Lead - Remote (UK) - Up to £37,000
We are working with a fantastic D2C consumer goods start up with a leading drinks product, who is looking to hire a customer service and supply chain professional to join their growing team. Supporting the Supply Chain Director, this brand new role will manage the day-to-day customer service operations, manage outsourced agency teams, support with AI developments, and overall be a key part of this start-up!
Responsibilities
- Handle day to day customer support, across ticketing, emails, web queries, DMs, and Amazon
- Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders, such as external customer service agents, 3PL partners, international suppliers, and founders
- Manage freight bookings, and coordinate manufacturing, packaging, components, and production timelines
- Support with end-to-end D2C operations and ad-hoc responsibilities
Qualifications
- A driven D2C customer operations candidate, with experience managing a team
- Ideally experience working in an early stage start up
- Strong knowledge of AI and automation, a proactive mindset
- Full right to work in the UK
