Farm Manager / Trainee Manager

Due to approaching retirement of our progressive Farm Manager; family owned & operated arable unit (1,100 ha), seeks to appoint knowledgeable, experienced, full-time successor. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will have day to day responsibility for a team, growing cereals, Oilseeds, Beet & potatoes (with irrigation) alongside farm diversification enterprises. Organisational and planning skills - to oversee all general farm, field and mechanical operations. Full Driver's Licence essential.
