This is an excellent opportunity for a senior conveyancer looking to step into a leadership role or an existing Head seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing the residential conveyancing department Overseeing a full caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior fee earners and support staff Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high service standards Driving departmental performance and contributing to business growth Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders About You: Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner Strong background in residential conveyancing with proven technical expertise Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role Confident managing both a caseload and a team Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach In Return: Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 Leadership role within a well-regarded firm Supportive and collaborative working environment Strong administrative and operational support Genuine opportunities for career progression and influence For more information or to apply, please get in touch.
