Equifind is supporting a UK-based real estate group in the recruitment of a Finance Manager, based out of their London Mayfair office.


Reporting to the CFO and managing a small team, the role will take ownership of budgeting, reporting and compliance across the UK group. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.


The business has hundreds of millions in real estate assets, primarily across the light industrial and logistics sectors, and is growing quickly with a focus on Western Europe.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the finance team
  • Oversight of preparation of audited financial statements for the Group
  • Working with the team in completion of quarterly consolidated management accounts
  • Management of quarterly Board meeting presentations.
  • Oversee the credit control function and fee invoicing
  • Manage SPV cashflows to ensure construction and other payments are made in timely fashion.


Application Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualified experience
  • Experience within a real estate investor, developer or manager
  • Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership in a lean environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and international setting
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capability
