Are you a senior financial planning professional looking to lead a high-performing team for one of London's most successful HNW financial planning companies. My client, a multi-award-winning practice based in the City, is seeking a Head of Financial Planning to join their senior leadership team.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of financial planners across all aspects of wealth management
- Set technical standards and drive planning excellence throughout the firm
- Work directly with high-net-worth clients on complex financial planning cases
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies that support business growth
- Ensure compliance and quality across all client financial planning deliverables
- Support the firm's acquisition strategy through seamless integration of new teams
What we're looking for:
- Chartered Financial Planner status (or equivalent professional qualifications)
- Proven experience in leading financial planning teams
- Extensive knowledge of HNW financial planning across all areas
- Strong business development mindset and growth ambition
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ideally, in a position to bring clients with you/have a transferable portfolio
- Experience working with investment platforms and wealth management technology
