Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Land Manager / Surveyor to join our Land Assembly team in Glasgow and play a key role in delivering complex, high‑profile infrastructure projects across Scotland.


The Role


This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from rural to urban environments, supporting utilities, transport, renewable energy and regeneration schemes. You will be part of collaborative, multi‑disciplinary project teams, providing practical land advice, engaging directly with landowners and stakeholders, and helping clients secure the land access and rights they need to deliver their projects.


You’ll also have the opportunity to broaden your expertise across compulsory purchase, land rights, compensation, negotiation and habitat management agreements, while building a strong foundation for longer‑term career progression within Ardent.
