Job Description:
Service Care Solutions is working with a leading law firm who is currently seeking a Property Paralegal to join its established Banking & Finance team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with commercial or residential property experience to work on high-quality transactions within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role:
- Collating title due diligence for property finance transactions
- Drafting standard securities and discharges
- Preparing and submitting Land Registration application forms
- Reviewing draft advance notices
- Assisting with transaction completions
- Managing post-completion matters, including issuing lender title packs
About You:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential property
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive and collaborative approach
