Our client is a FTSE 100 business looking to hire a Senior Reward Manager to strengthen, develop and elevate their Reward strategy including executive compensation while they are in a growth phase. The role will report to the Head of Reward and will act as a strong No 2, responsible for the implementation of Executive Compensation frameworks, delivery of key strategic projects and oversight of core reward governance frameworks, to align employee experience with the business strategy, support the delivery of a performance culture and attract and retain critical talent.
The role will be based in Birmingham (3 days/week).
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience of UK corporate governance, gained from either working within a UK PLC or consulting to this client group.
