What You'll Do

• Own P&L and operational strategy for the Scottish region
• Build and lead the corporate broking team from the ground up
• Win and grow large corporate client relationships across Scotland and beyond
• Drive sales strategy, pipeline development and revenue delivery
• Act as brand and relationship ambassador across the Scottish market
• Contribute to UK-wide strategic leadership conversations
