Office Manager & PA
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised PA & Office Manager to support our owners and wider team, helping keep our office running smoothly while providing essential administrative and operational support across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing B Corp brand that’s scaling quickly, staying true to its values, and still having lots of fun along the way!
The role will be 30 hours per week, days and timings can be discussed at interview - we are flexible on this. Salary will be prorated to reflect the working hours.
The Role: PA & Office Manager
This is a varied, hands-on role at the centre of our business where no two days are the same.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our Bristol HQ running smoothly - managing the office environment, supporting the owners with day-to-day organisation, and assisting HR with important people and culture administration.
From coordinating meetings and travel to supporting onboarding and helping keep our B Corp data and compliance organised, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps things running efficiently.
About The Jolly Hog
Once upon a time, there were three brothers - a rugby player, a ship-broker and a cabinet-maker. After a heated debate about the perfect pork sausages, the brothers decided to settle the argument by creating their own porky delights.
Fast forward to 2026 and we now have a range of higher welfare, Great Taste award-winning pork products in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Waitrose, Ocado, Coop, Morrisons and Gousto, along with a restaurant called Pigsty on Bristol’s Wapping Wharf. We also run mobile catering at events up and down the country including Winter Wonderland, Goodwood and Glastonbury, just to name a few.
In 2022 we achieved our B Corp Certification, which we are hugely proud of. This demonstrates our commitment to balancing people and planet with profit. All our team are involved in our Social & Environmental initiatives from day one.
