The Opportunity

Your Role

You’ll act as the central control tower across a live portfolio of 50+ sites, ensuring everything from planning to energisation runs smoothly.

• Own the end-to-end delivery programme
• Drive performance across multi-site infrastructure rollout
• Identify and unblock risks, delays & bottlenecks
• Align design, grid, construction & commercial teams
• Build reporting, systems & scalable delivery processes

In short: you make delivery predictable, controlled, and scalable

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience managing multi-site infrastructure programmes
• Strong grasp of critical path, dependencies & delivery risk
• Background in construction, energy, utilities or EV
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
