Job Title: Site Manager / Supervisor – Passive Fire Protection – Social Housing

Salary: £50k–£60k + up to 50% Bonus

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and resilient Site Manager/Supervisor to join the Delivery department. This is a field-based role reporting directly to the Project Manager. You will be responsible for day-to-day site management, ensuring all works are certifiable, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all works meet Harmony and BM TRADA standards through rigorous checking and recording.
• Site Management: Oversee site set-up, pre-condition surveys, stock management, and preliminaries.
• People Management: Resolve daily issues for trades and sub-contractors while maximising productivity and team morale.
• Health & Safety: Implement H&S policies, conduct site inductions, perform regular audits, and deliver toolbox talks.
• Reporting: Provide weekly client reports and daily progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Commercial Awareness: Monitor site activities to ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
