Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and hosting guests with a warm, professional approach
- Overseeing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a seamless flow of service
- Developing strong relationships with returning and VIP guests
- Collaborating closely with management and service teams to uphold exceptional standards
- Consistently embodying and representing the brand and its atmosphere
About You
- A minimum of 4+ years’ experience within the Mayfair area
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences and maintaining luxury standards
