Project Manager – Energy Performance Contracts (EPC)

UK - Full Lifecycle Delivery - Decarbonisation Projects

We’re looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of EPC projects from Investment Grade Audit (IGA) through to design, construction and Measurement & Verification (M&V).

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of EPC projects
• Act as the main client interface, ensuring a seamless customer journey
• Own project budgets, P&L and programme delivery
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design and construction
• Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to performance guarantees

What we’re looking for

• Engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Strong experience delivering M&E projects in live environments
• Proven project management and commercial acumen (NEC/JCT desirable)
• Knowledge of energy systems, decarbonisation or infrastructure projects
• Confident stakeholder manager with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset
