Are you a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in secondary schools across Liverpool? Milk Education is working with a wide range of partner secondary schools and is now recruiting graduates from all subject backgrounds to start roles from May.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering a future in teaching, education, youth work, psychology, or SEN support.
✅ Who Can Apply?
We are welcoming applications from graduates who:
- Are in their final year of university, or
- Have graduated within the last 5 years
No prior school-based experience is required – full guidance and support provided.
All degree specialisms are welcome.
The Role
- Supporting students in secondary school settings
- Working alongside experienced teaching staff
- Opportunities to support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally
- Exposure to a variety of subjects and year groups
- Roles ranging from general classroom support to SEN-focused support
