Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step within a progressive, award‑winning law firm? I’m currently working with a highly regarded, people‑focused practice that has built an excellent reputation across Merseyside.

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its busy and well‑regarded Commercial Property team. The role offers flexibility on location, with opportunities available across their various Merseyside offices.

You will manage a varied and high‑quality commercial property caseload from instruction through to post‑completion, supported by an experienced legal and administrative team.

Key Responsibilities;

• Managing a full commercial property caseload, including:
• Sales and purchases
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Refinancing transactions
• Running matters from onboarding through to completion
• Ensuring files are managed accurately and in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards

About You;

• 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
• The ability to work independently with a proactive and self‑motivated attitude
