Role Overview:
As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management:Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities. Build strong, long-term partnerships with key industry players.
- Tailored Recruitment Solutions:Understand clients' specific business needs and provide customised recruitment solutions to address those requirements effectively.

- Social Selling Proficiency:Awareness of social selling techniques, with the ability to leverage platforms like LinkedIn to connect with clients and candidates, build brand presence, and generate leads and solutions.
- Customer-Centric Approach:A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
