The role

This is an opportunity for an experienced paralegal to play a key role in supporting property litigation matters, with increasing responsibility for managing caseloads and progressing files.

You will:

  • Support the progression of property litigation cases under supervision
  • Prepare court documents, notices, and legal correspondence
  • Liaise with clients and third parties, taking instructions and providing updates where appropriate
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
  • Maintain accurate case records using case management systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, court rules, and deadlines

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a litigation environment (property litigation advantageous)
  • Knowledge of standard Court processes
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A law degree is not essential; relevant experience and a strong interest in litigation are key.
