A well-regarded boutique firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Senior Associate (5–7 PQE) to join its established Manchester practice.

The Role

You will work on a broad mix of mid-market transactions, advising:

• Owner-managed businesses
• Entrepreneurs and investors
• SMEs and growth companies

You will take ownership of transactions and play a visible role in client relationship management.

The Candidate

• 5–7 PQE with solid corporate/M&A experience
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
