IFS Projects Consultant (Contract)

Overview
We are supporting a customer on their IFS journey and are looking to engage an experienced IFS Projects Consultant to support across key project streams. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the effective configuration, management, and optimisation of IFS Projects-related modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the configuration and optimisation of IFS Projects module
- Work across Sub Contracts and Sales Contracts, ensuring accurate setup and alignment to business processes
- Drive Project Planning & Follow-up, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are effectively managed
- Support Project Manufacturing processes within IFS, aligning operational and project workflows
- Contribute to Data Projects, including data migration, cleansing, and validation activities
- Identify and manage Project Risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place and communicated to stakeholders
- Engage with key business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best practice guidance
- Support ongoing improvements and ensure maximum value is being realised from the IFS system
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as an IFS Projects Consultant (ideally within IFS Apps 10 Aurena / IFS Cloud)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Sub Contracts
- Sales Contracts
- Project Planning & Execution
- Project Manufacturing
- Experience working on data-related projects within IFS (migration, integration, or cleansing)
- Strong understanding of risk management within project environments
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced contract environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Experience working on IFS implementations or transformations
- Exposure to complex, multi-country or enterprise environments
