The Role

As a Commercial Litigation Partner, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the disputes practice, advising on a broad range of high-quality domestic and international matters, including:

• A wide range of commercial disputes, both domestic and international
• Complex, high-value matters with cross-border and international elements
• Contentious work arising from commercial relationships and transactions
• Disputes involving regulated sectors and specialist industries
• Strategic advisory work on risk management and dispute avoidance
• Court proceedings, urgent applications and interim remedies where required
• Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiated settlements
• Supporting clients through disputes with a commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach

You will have the autonomy to shape your practice, develop client relationships and contribute strategically to the wider firm, while being supported by an experienced and collaborative partnership.
