Role Description:

Are you an experienced Project Director in Events/Exhibitions or Large format Print/ Graphics, ready to lead a high-performing team in a creative, fast-paced environment?

A leading and award-winning exhibitions and large-format graphics specialist are looking for a senior, hands-on leader to take ownership of its Project Management function. You’ll be shaping delivery standards, driving performance, and leading complex projects for major clients across the events and exhibitions industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, inspire, and develop the Project Management team.
• Oversee all live projects to ensure quality, consistency, and profitability.
• Strengthen systems, processes, and standards across delivery.
• Act as a senior contact for both clients and internal teams.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and commercial excellence.
