Office Director – Cambridge | £90,000 – £120,000 + Bonus + Progression

You’ll be joining a specialist construction consultancy known for delivering major industrial, logistics and real estate projects across the UK and Europe.

They’ve built a reputation for high-quality delivery, long-term client relationships, and technical excellence across both project and cost management.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the Cambridge office operationally, commercially, and strategically.

This is a genuine “mini business” within a growing consultancy.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Cambridge office (team, delivery, performance)
• Grow and strengthen key client relationships across the region
• Drive new business and work-winning activity
• Oversee project delivery across multiple schemes
• Mentor and grow an already established team
• Work closely with the wider leadership group on regional strategy

Whether your background is Project Management or Commercial, the focus is the same leadership, growth, and delivery.
