Interim Commercial Contracts Counsel (6‑month FTC)

A fast‑growing fintech business is seeking an Interim Commercial Contracts Counsel to support the legal function during a period of transition while a permanent hire is explored.
This is a hands‑on role within a lean legal team, offering immediate exposure to senior stakeholders and core commercial activity.
The role
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
- Supporting the commercialisation of technology and SaaS products
- Advising on data protection and IP matters in a tech‑driven environment
The ideal profile
- Typically 5–9 PQE (law firm and/or in‑house)
- Strong commercial contracts fundamentals are essential
- Experience with technology, fintech or SaaS businesses highly desirable
- Fintech experience helpful but not required where commercial and tech capability is strong
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑paced, low‑hierarchy environment

- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office (with flexibility to attend more)
