About the role
BCIS is looking for a Construction Data Analyst (Quantity Surveyor) to help shape the data and insights that underpin decision-making across the UK construction sector.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of data analysis, construction economics and digital innovation, contributing to datasets and products that are widely used and trusted across the built environment.
You will work with large, complex datasets covering construction costs, pricing and market trends, transforming data into meaningful insights that inform how projects are planned, costed and benchmarked. Alongside this, you will collaborate with data engineering and product teams to help develop and evolve BCIS data products, translating industry knowledge into clear, actionable requirements.
