Senior Ecologist

We’re hiring: Senior Ecologist (South Wales & South West)

EcoVigour is growing and we’re looking for a Senior Ecologist to join our team.

We work across infrastructure, rail, utilities, and housing, delivering high-quality ecological services across South Wales and the South West.

If you’re looking for a role where you can lead projects, work closely with clients, mentor others, and genuinely shape outcomes this could be for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing ecological projects from start to finish

• Leading habitat & protected species surveys

• Producing EcIAs, PEAs & management plans

• Supporting EPS licences, HRAs & BNG/NBB

• Liaising with clients, regulators & stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Consultancy experience & strong ecological knowledge

• Strong reporting, project management & GIS skills

• CIEEM membership (or working towards)

• Full UK driving licence

• Passion for ecology and continuous development

What you’ll get:
