We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and client-focused financial planning firm based in the beautiful Cotswolds, who are seeking a qualified Paraplanner (minimum Level 4) to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically strong individual to play a key role in supporting Advisers and delivering high-quality financial planning solutions within a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Writing detailed and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to support tailored client recommendations
- Preparing accurate financial planning documentation in line with FCA regulations
- Working closely with Financial Advisers to deliver bespoke client solutions
- Supporting the end-to-end advice process, ensuring high standards of compliance and client service
What we’re looking for:
- Proven paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management firm
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to manage workloads effectively
