NPD Technologist

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both own label and branded product ranges, taking concepts from initial idea through to successful launch.

The Role:

• Manage the full NPD process from concept to launch
• Develop exciting, high-quality products across own label and branded lines
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life
• Ensure products meet quality, cost, and customer expectations

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar NPD / product development role
• A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for food innovation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys getting stuck in and making things happen
