Job Title: Senior Valuation Surveyor/ Associate Director

Location: Liverpool city centre (hybrid working arrangement)

Remuneration: £45,000-£75,000 (salary commensurate with level of experience, including a car allowance) + market leading benefits package

The Role

Undertaking commercial valuation work for a wide range of clients spanning across the public and private sector; residential developers, local governments, investment and pension funds, large landowners etc. A core element of the role is producing clear, accurate valuation reports that are ready for Director review and approval. Main duties include:

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the valuation function and wider team to take personal accountability for progressing your own instructions.
  • Pursue opportunities to expand the North West Valuation offering.
  • • Lead Property Valuations – Assessing commercial properties and portfolios for a variety of public and private sector clients in the North West.
  • Research Property Markets – Look into local property trends and prices to assist with valuations.
  • Communicate with Clients – Respond to valuation-related queries professionally and helpful.



Role Requirements

  • MRICS/FRICS qualification and RICS registered Valuer status.
  • A passion for building great relationships with external and internal clients
  • A good working knowledge of the RICS ‘Red Book’ and relevant guidance notes
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Experience in Loan Security and Asset Valuations in desirable
