HV Cable Jointer – 6 month initial contracts – United Kingdom – Outside IR35 – ASAP start - 3/3 rotation - Offshore
Hunter Philips are looking for a HV Cable Jointer. You will be responsible for instillation, testing, commissioning and jointing on the underground networks.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out 66kV cable jointing works across offshore wind assets
- Execute terminations, joints, testing, and fault response within O&M scopes
- Work as part of established offshore teams delivering against live project schedules
- Ensure strict adherence to HV safety procedures and offshore compliance standards
- Coordinate with supervisors, SAPs, and client reps during installation and maintenance activities
- Support fault finding and repair work to minimise downtime across assets
Logistics:
- ASAP start
- Day rate, outside IR35
- 3/3 rotation
- 6 month contracts
Requirements & certification:
- 66kV authorisations
- Full UK drivers licence
- Solid understanding of Electrical Safety
- Strong understanding and experience working on distribution networks
- 2391 Testing and Termination
- 18th Edition
- IPAF
- CSCS Card
- IOSH
