I am hiring across Senior Consultant through to Director level, with scope to step into increasing leadership, client ownership, and strategic influence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as key client contact and, at senior levels, strategic account lead for pharmaceutical and biotech clients across assigned accounts
- Lead or contribute to the design, delivery, and strategic oversight of patient-centred research programmes, including PRO, COA, HEOR, and HTA evidence generation
- Oversee multidisciplinary project teams across psychometric, qualitative, and quantitative research workstreams, with portfolio-level responsibility at Director level
- Provide senior scientific, methodological, and strategic input across study design, execution, and client deliverables
- Own (or at senior levels oversee) end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, budgets, resourcing, and risk management
- Lead and support proposal development, including study scoping, costing, and client presentations, with increasing commercial responsibility at senior levels
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth and new business development
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level team members, including formal line management responsibilities from Senior Consultant level upwards
- Monitor and interpret evolving HTA, payer, and market access landscapes, translating insights into strategic, client-facing outputs
- Drive continuous improvement in scientific quality, operational efficiency, and delivery standards across projects and teams
