Roles/Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and overall commercial performance of the hire division
- Drive revenue growth and improve profit margins across the UK
- Develop new business while expanding existing key accounts
- Identify opportunities where hire solutions support customer operations and projects
- Set pricing strategy and market positioning
- Oversee fleet utilisation, availability, and deployment efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the hire offering
Qualifications
- Background in a technical or engineering-led environment
- Experience in solution-based or consultative sales
- Strong commercial awareness, ideally with P&L or budget responsibility
- Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
